Westwind School Division Presents: Resilience and Digital Safety with Nate Webb

EVENT OVERVIEW

In collaboration with the non-profit organization Save The Kids, we are thrilled to welcome renowned speaker and resiliency trainer Nate Webb to Westwind School Division on October 10, 11 & 12. Drawing from his personal experiences and expertise as a professional school counsellor, Nate will share invaluable insights with students and parents on bullying, digital safety, and fostering resilience in a tech-heavy world.

About the Speaker: Nate Webb

Nate Webb is a bully expert, a resiliency trainer, a professional School counselor, and a certified digital safety educator. Nate endured relentless bullying as a kid. Bullies and social media almost ended his life. Drawing from his experiences and from his studies as a professional school counselor, he passionately educates others about bullying, digital safety, and how to raise resilient kids in a tech heavy world. He helps kids to get over bullies, look past social media, and love their lives.

About Save the Kids

Save The Kids is a nonprofit founded in 2018 that is dedicated towards helping parents raise resilient kids in a tech heavy world.  Save The Kids saw how much social media was impacting the mental health of the younger generation, and saw the need to do something about it.  Save The Kids give assemblies and parent nights all over the world to help educate students and parents about digital safety so we can all be resilient in this tech heavy world.
